Our People


Under the vision, leadership and guidance of the Board of Directors, the management of the organization is divided into three simple verticals.

The production process is completely handled by the Production vertical wherein the merchandisers, technical executives and quality control officers ensure timely manufacture and quality of our products.

HR and Administration
For managing incoming raw materials, record keeping, employee relations, accounts and related administrative activities, a designated HR and Administration department operates which is managed by coordinated efforts of the human resources manager, accounts officer and procurement executives.

Occupational Health and Safety
We also have a distinct vertical for specifically looking after the occupational health and safety of our employees and have site specific factory managers who manage the overall infrastructure as well as the everyday aspects of health and safety.

Capacity Building of human resources
In the space of skill development and livelihood, we constantly work on estimating the skill gaps and design programs that seek to provide access to relevant skills trainings. Here as well, our team holds experience in assessing the operational strength of existing skills and linking under-skilled workers to training institutions. Our value is to provide livelihood security to individuals from lower income groups who work at our factories.

Human resources
Our management team consists of professionals who have received training on business administration, supplier chain management and project management methods. Our production team essentially consists of seasoned workers who have a rich experience of producing a variety of textiles, handling a variety of fabrics and accessories and also a range of patterns and cuts. We understand that in order to execute a consignment successfully, we require strong knowledge of quality control. We thus have a unique blend of both technical and functional expertise and skills.
